Carved some pumpkins
Was invited to an extended family pumpkin carving in a courtyard downtown. 60 pumpkins, 50 people, and a bunch of fun tasks I could do while my kids ran around being looked after by other caregivers. I carved the first two above.
It was all about the tools. Really good saw to cut the lid off the pumpkins, metal scraper, and then those little cheap-o plastic orange handled saws for the actual carving. Did one goofy one and another of the logo/character I designed for our website.
